On April 14, more than 150 early childhood development, health, and education advocates attended the ACE Awareness Foundation Speakers Series to hear an in-depth keynote featuring  TN Dept. of Children’s Services Deputy Director of Child Health, Loraine Swanson Lucinski, MPH.

The event, “Adverse Childhood Experiences: their impact on Tennessee and our response,” was held at the Salvation Army Kroc Center.

Loraine’s background as a home visitor, developmental specialist, and director of an Early Head Start Program provide her with a strong understanding of state and community level implementation of prevention services and measurement.

Additional Speakers Series dates are coming soon. Stay tuned!
